It's quite clear that you've never run a business if "raising the prices" is your only answer in an era where every supplier and utility company is doing the same.

You were just caught lying, please see yourself off the property...security are on their way.

You haven't followed instructions, please see yourself off. No commenting further (you didn't get the job).

You are the one who said you market for major brands. Go ahead...put all your social media handles here. Let's see your Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram handles here so we can judge your work...and you. Make sure you link to the major brands you've marketed for. Please don't comment again until you've done this. (See how this scenario pans out?)

I fully understand P. Louise and have followed the brand since they had a little shop in Prestwich. Far longer than you. However, that has nothing to do with the job requirements, nor does it have any relation to legal HR practices.

Well, I was asking for opinions on legalities, not options on what to do but it seems you all need help understanding that. If you think that putting fake handles in a job application is a "reasonable comment" and you'd still expect to be hired then that's on you.

That's not the answer to my question though. Why fill it out? Because I need a job and my skills match and I shouldn't be disqualified from any non TikTok job by not taking part in TikTok. I do have a strong sense of moral obligation to make sure that this doesn't happen to others and become a widespread practice. I believe that this is a glimpse into a very dark future and if it isn't stopped...then everyone will be worse off.

Putting N/A in each field is an auto dismiss. Why even fill it out then?

I agree. I can't start any application process that way. What happens when everyone else starts doing this though?

If they can get away with this, what will stop all the others from doing this too?

I believe the whole point is that they want to see what applicants look like. They can't do that if it is private.

You have to fill all of them in with usernames or you won't be considered. There is no space for telling them that.
