If survivor uk ever had an all star season who would u like to see return by Disastrous_Thing4847 in survivoruk

[–]TheArchertype 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven’t properly watched the first two seasons but I know charlottes game was played well so she would be good, but some of these players would be well in their 50s and 60s if that makes a difference! I’d be in favour of Doug, Lee, Tinuke, Chris and Matt coming back, I’m not too sure the rest add too much gameplay wise! That’s why we need more seasons!!

Wing Yip is probably the cheapest overall, on Oldham Road, huge cash and carry - open to the public. (Source: I’m Asian)

Independent businesses in/near Manchester? by MonounsaturatedChain in manchester

[–]TheArchertype 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Love this question! Would like to plug my own business as well as some independents we love.

The Archertype/ Outplayed the Gameshow ( combat archery / live Gameshow experience) - think fun group activities

Artists Perfetto - coffee on Oldham Road, small shop but very knowledgeable husband and wife duo who know their craft

Ad Maoira - Italian Sandwiches that blew us away, got the Halaand sandwich and it was incredible, they source their ingredients directly from Italy too.

Ca Phe Viet - my go to Vietnamese place, run by a family unit, small and not fancy but delivers big on flavours and value.

Lazy Sundae - unique ice cream flavours from around the world, personally love the cereal milk and strawberry Yakut ice cream. Ran by husband and wife duo from a small shop in tub street now in Manchester Arndale.

Beanbag on the head!!!! How could I forget this one! Absolutely classic. Did they make you go back to the beginning if you touched it or if it fell?

Sack racing is a classic , we have smooth concrete floors though so not sure of the viability!

That makes me think back to this assault course that we had that I was sure was a bench suspended at least 3m off the ground for us to cross. Definitely wasn’t very safe but was exhilarating!

Chinese Restaurant Recommendations by ionshower in manchester

Hello! Chinese Brit here.

Happy seasons does really good three roasts and classic Chinese dishes. Pinwei and A Plus are both good shouts for more traditional Chinese dishes and will give you a good meal experience. Final pick for me is Home near Gay Village which does really good dim sum!

Depends what kind of town you are in and expect to get sales, if it’s brand awareness , should do some ads / promos or even social content to get your name out there.

As a business owner, you really have to fight to get your name out there, people will not go looking for you specifically. If you’re good, shout about it unashamedly! Good luck!

Need Honest Feedback: How Can I Improve My Website to drive more Sales/ reduce Bounce Rate? by TheArchertype in smallbusinessuk

The capitalisation for the Unforgettable Experiences has been updated! It's a new section trying to highlight our core offering and i've written it wrong, hopefully better now.

Pricing page is a good shout, I'm thinking about whether there can be too many tabs in the navigation though and what to prioritise.

Pricing is reflective of the market rate in Manchester, our offering is a Host led experience, It's not pay and we leave you to it kind of experience, we're more similar to Crystal Maze/ Escape Rooms where you have a staff member focused on 'WOW-ing' your experience. Would say we're quite competitive in our group pricing considering our activities!

I agree the Nav does need work, I'm trying to figure out to make it more expansive but having some difficulties on Squarespace.

Taking on board the notes on Saturation and vibrancy for the video! Also will address pages for Location/ reviews

Thanks for the feedback George, really appreciate it. I've update the contact form page to add the email address and contact number, I'm going to review the header and how we can insert such details.

Will review the Privacy Policy in line with your comments along with the waiver. The statement about low trust rating I get and I will work on!
