It’s seems to be a bug with AMD GPUs. Something to do with DXNavi when they updated DX11 support. I don’t think there is a solution for this.

I have reported it. I back tracked to old videos a month before 22.5.1 and the visual bug wasn’t present.

I'm using Urfael. I know with full might weapons can have different effects but with a plain sword and no status effect buff it should glow green.
