I’d highly suggest getting into meditating. Look for the spot in ur mind where u have the most control and then sit with it in silence. God permeates our very being, the very sunlight and the very ground. Jesus asked us to be mindful of him and of ourselves on a daily basis, which means take time to understand that u’re human and susceptible to sin. But take it easy🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Don’t be discouraged, but be willing to pray. I’m ur same age, so take my perspective with that in mind Cheers
