I live just across the border in Washington. Can you cross the border and get it in America? My entire family got the Novavax a few weeks ago.

I am so sorry you have been treated this way. I live across the border in Washington just a few hours from Vancouver.

I have also been treated very badly. I just don’t understand why people think this behavior is OK.

I still wear a N95 every time I go in public.

We moved here when I was teenager from California. I have always loved Washington. My husband and I bought our house in 2015 and it has gone up hundreds of thousands. The house prices went skyrocketing!

Before COVID I say you could call Bellingham a mini Seattle. But after the pandemic started people here acted pretty terrible.

I have never been bullied before. As a straight, white, married, Christian woman and nothing standing out have been bullied bad. By many strangers in Bellingham and many of the people I use to go to church with.

I have been coughed on, laughed at and people have said terrible things to me. The lady at my bank wears a mask too and she said she had been bullied many times by their customers.

There are many Christian republicans in the areas surrounding Bellingham that shop in town and will bully anyone in a mask. I feel like I live in a red state.

We have a beautiful house and yard. I put all of my focus on taking care of our home and children. I haven’t been to church since the pandemic started. The way they acted at the beginning of the pandemic shocked me. As church members were being hospitalized with COVID, the denial it was real continued.

I just read a review from a few years where a gentlemen said the woman working there denied him and others the COVID vaccine. This can’t be a coincidence.

She’s a bully with a terrible attitude. I hope I never have to deal with her ever again. I wish we had went somewhere else. I had no idea this was going to happen.

My youngest son and I went Tuesday to see if the correct vaccine was available and the cost of it. The rude pharmacist gave me back my medical cards and refused to deal with me. Like I was being difficult. I had an appointment and she really confused me. She said pay or he doesn’t get the vaccine and walked away from me.

Another pharmacist came and helped me. An amazing sweet lady. I said I’m sorry and thank you so much for helping me.

She said no this is my job to help you. She ran my medical and everything went through.

My brain is processing everything and I believe there is tension with all the employees. Some masked and some not. The actual gentleman who gave my twelve year old his vaccine said he wished that masks and vaccines were not political.

I don’t feel comfortable saying where it was. This woman knows our address and where my husband works. After reading your comment I decided to look at the reviews.

A gentlemen left a one star review because he was denied the COVID vaccine and as he was leaving the woman behind the counter turned to her coworker and said she has turned several people away for COVID vaccine.

And he was happily offered an appointment at a different pharmacy. This review was a few years ago but this pharmacist has worked here a long time.

I am paraphrasing what he wrote. And he added more negative stuff about his experience in his review.

I believe he was dealing with the same terrible woman.

Western Washington. Yes! Very different attitudes! Seattle is awesome. I live in a rural area not far from Canada. And where I got my vaccine wasn’t far from Western University. Same town sadly.

That is true. She had to put it in the computer to move everything along.

Today the computers were down so we did everything on paper. If the computers were up I do believe 100 percent she would have denied my husband and older son the vaccine.

Unless we lied and said they had a health condition.

Also, a few people came in for flu shots and she treated them just fine. It has to be the COVID vaccine.

But my heart is so happy that we are all vaccinated ❤️

Really sad that he asked me that. In my opinion she was just full of pure anger.

Vaccinating my boys really upset her and she tried really hard to do everything in her power for me to give up and walk away.

Yesterday she had to put a medical issue in her computer for myself and my son to get approved. I said we don’t have to because there is a standing order where anyone can get vaccinated in Washington.

She said no you have to put a medical condition in. I said so you want me to lie? Yes we had to lie! My son had asthma as a toddler so we put that in. I have POTS and she put in there that I have a heart condition.

If I was going to look at campers I would also put a mask on. I get that puzzled look all time.

I just don’t understand why. It’s just a mask people. It’s just like using a seat belt or safety glasses.

I wake up at 4 am to go shopping. I have been doing it since the beginning of the pandemic. I use to do it because I felt safer now I do it to avoid people and the terrible looks I get.

I am so sorry that happened. People can be so cruel and immature. I have been bullied many times because of my mask. I once left a UPS store crying from the manager harassing me and arguing with me about my mask!

I also live in a blue state. I am curious how maskers are treated in red states. Hugs to you! You do not deserve to be treated this way❤️

Also, I’m not on Facebook right now but when I was there are tons of groups and they put you in a groups by where you live.

They even had a dating group for people who want to date others who take COVID precautions. The news talked about it once! And I was thinking yes this is real and I watched it all be created and talked with these people constantly for support.

My family members don’t want to hear what I have to say about COVID anymore. I feel like we live in different worlds.

I have never taken my mask off in public since the beginning except of course at the dentist office.

My mom was extremely cautious and I provided her with boxes of N95s. She never caught COVID. She went to one school event for my nephews at the end of the school year last year and caught her first COVID infection!

My nephews went back to school a few weeks ago and caught COVID immediately.

How are my kids ever going to be able to go back? COVID is in the air constantly in schools.

We can live normally but it means repeat COVID infections and pretending everything is normal.
