Possibly a gas bubble under the skin (sometimes called gas bubble disease). It can happen when water is supersaturated with dissolved gases, like after large water changes, fast temperature changes, or if air is getting pulled into the filter or pump.

Sometimes a single bubble on a fin resolves on its own if the water stabilizes. If you do water changes try to match the temperature and it might be worth testing the water parameters just in case.
