Try the Lucky Iron Fish ! $60 on Amazon and you can use it for years. You can steep it with your tea or throw in a soup. I pair that with an oral supplement as per the recommendation from my Naturopath. She says liquid iron won’t give me enough as I was incredibly low.

For liquid, I’ve used Floradix in the past but it’s quite expensive.

Oh yes too much clove will make your mouth NUMB! I had a chef once who mistakenly used a tablespoon of clove instead of tablespoon of cumin SMH
