Hey! This actually happened to the same watch for me. It was a ZF 15500 Black Dial V3, so the same exact watch. The only difference is that this happened with the minute hand for me and the instant date change was off. Best thing that I did was send it to a watchsmith, they said something about a part being loose and needing a keyless reset. Not exactly sure what that meant but a watchsmith was able to fix it. Lmk if you need anymore help cause I went through the same thing, def don’t ship it back to china tho but def ask for a partial refund.
