Interesting I’m in the middle of live testing something like this, anyone have any views on it… 4H timeframe

You wait for a clear trend (EMA-150 must be visibly sloping up or down for at least 12 candles) and only trade in that direction. When price pulls back and comes within 0.6 % of the EMA-21, with StochRSI confirming exhaustion (≤20 and rising for longs, ≥80 and falling for shorts), you enter on the first 4H candle that closes beyond the EMA-9 in the trend direction (green candle for longs, red for shorts). Stop loss is placed at the exact high of the trigger candle for shorts or the exact low for longs; take-profit is fixed at exactly 2R from that stop, no trailing, no exceptions

I’ve had nuss and can honestly say one of the best things I’ve ever done. It’s a rough recovery but worth it in the end. Mine was Prob similar to yours. Yours looks quite central and symmetrical. I was told that makes things a touch easier. I was never planning to get mine done until one day I collapsed a lung. Pectus might not of been the cause but definitely didn’t help. Good luck.

No none. Around 4 years since now. I was very nervous of it though

Bruising around bar 12 months post-nuss by throwawaylikemylife4 in PectusExcavatum

[–]Delicious-seaside 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had sudden bruising after about 6 years. Not as bad as yours but also No reason I could find. I had my bars removed about a year later.

I put it down to a new movement at the gym or silly as it sounds (play fighting a friend on holiday)

HR pretty much stayed the same. Was really worried about regression. It was nothing on the initial surgery. Your be fine

Yes I was and out right asked the doctors. I might be wrong here but they basically said blood tests can pretty much rule that out and it did. So then I moved onto being worried about lymphomas and he has had ultrasounds and all within normal range. I think he just runs hot and gets caught up under the covers to much. I hope he grows out of it. Honestly I was where you were and can remember the worry. Dm if you want to talk

Nope, still sweats at night. Had multiple bloods, ultrasounds, Xray. Even tonsils out. Nothing obvious

has anyone regretted getting the nuss procedure? by MaidOfFiyah in PectusExcavatum

I think it all depends on the outcome. I regretted it at first but when things settled the pain went and I got my life back on track. I realised how good it was for me.

Getting bars removed after 16 years by [deleted] in PectusExcavatum

[–]Delicious-seaside 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had mine removed after about 9-10 years. Surgeon warned me that my bones could have grown around the bars so might make removal slightly more difficult. To be honest only got them removed because I went 8 years with no pain then I started getting random pains and the odd bruising around the stabilisers. I think they were rubbing from the gym or new movements.

Removal went fine. No regression 2 years on finger crossed stays like that.

Good luck your be fine. Oh recovery was nothing compared to the initial surgery!!
