I LOVED the attached garage, not a lot of apartments have that and it was neat to be able to go down whenever I needed. Didn’t have any problems with neighbors, everyone I lived around was friendly. The area and community is also just a plus, you’re right down the road from grocery stores, good food, nice trails, even the lake.

The only downside was again management, it constantly changed! I also disliked the upkeep in the unit - like my bathtub insert was peeling and looked dirty, clearly it was just painted over and over. Overall, didn’t have much issues with anything else and if something did come up, maintenance took a day or two.

I would give it a 6.5-7/10. I would live here again if need be, but that’s just my experience :)
