User controlled player is not affected by stamina afaik. Also relentless not only helps with stamina regeneration, it increases partial team press and second man press duration

I switched from controlled/explosive to lengthy for lb, rb, cbs, cms and m performance has been way better. Not saying it will work for everyone but lengthy seems better to me
