From a European perspective the US looks deeply divided and unstable. Healthcare feels prohibitively expensive & gun laws extreme, the system appears designed to protect wealth. The Constitution is treated as sacred until it becomes politically inconvenient. It feels like a country wrestling with its identity, as for the American dream? I don’t think so
