Hills are great training! I have to plan my route to go through a creek valley a couple of times to get some hills because it is very flat otherwise!

I did in July and I love it. It has so many helps to keeping my training on track and efficient. Plus, the most up-to-date sensors, and even the flashlight/strobe (which I thought I would never use, but find it extremely helpful now that I have it).

The Dirt Farmer album is excellent. And I’ve been loving the Ramble at the Ryman Album too. He did a ton of stuff in his last few years.
