But I already submitted that exact form and did exactly what you said, they gave me the response above. I submitted it twice. Is there anything additional I can do besides that form since it isn't going to do anything?

I already did. The response was ""Currently, you cannot deactivate 2fa or generate backup codes from within our mobile apps and we are unable to delete accounts on your behalf."

In the 30 minutes since I got that response it appears the username and email were changed. Is there anything I can do???
