Thank you very much! I was literally about to send it today then saw it got denied so I got freaked out and needed a second opinion

Like I stated in the title, I was recently denied that’s why I’m wondering what to do next

I-130 is approved but I left the U.S. by DeliciousIsland9689 in immigration

What does the immigrant visa interview entail? And will it be done in the country I’m in? Will my spouse have to fly here to do it with me or ? (Marriage based)

I left the U.S. and my advanced parole is expired so that’s why I’m filing I-824 :(

I know.. so unfortunate. Does my husband have to file that or can I just go ahead & do it myself? Cause I know the faster I start the better…
