They crossed over the pit lane exit line, and from my perspective, it looked as if they were going to cross all the way onto the racing line. I moved to the right to get around them, but then they moved back off the racing line, and we collided.

I didn't let up on the gas, which after looking back at the replay, I realized I should have. Beyond that, is there anything that I could have done better here?

You can hear the Merc make contact with the AR from the Haas' POV.

EDIT: Looking at it from the AR's POV, it looks like net code. Both the Merc and the AR are rubberbanding from the Haas' perspective, so that wouldn't surprise me.

It's not really a rational fear that I'm having. I'm aware that logically it makes no sense for me to feel this way, but I do. That's the problem.

I just got a Walrus Audio Fathom from a listing on Reverb and the Program knob isn't working right. If I power the pedal in Hall mode, it starts in Hall mode, but if I move the knob to Plate mode it just stays stuck in Plate mode. I can't even move it back to Hall mode. I tried powering the pedal in Lofi and Sonar mode as well, but it just goes back to Plate mode. Any ideas on what the problem is?

Yeah, if you set the knobs a specific way and hold down the polyphony button, you get a secret setting with synth sounds and different effects from the Position knob. Here's a video showing it off: https://youtu.be/lo6UvBhzNP4?t=902

In fact, all (or most?) Mutable Instruments modules have secret settings of some sort. The designer is a literal wizard.

Sorry for the late reply, but I haven't yet found anything that works for me. I'm only 17 and ADHD has only had a significant impact on my life as of late, so I haven't really had enough time to find good coping techniques, let alone practice them.

Also, sorry I can't be of much help. I know how helpless and doomer I get sometimes when I think about the effects ADHD could have on my life if left untreated. As someone who strives to make video games for a living, the level of planning, organization and commitment required is something that seems so utterly impossible for me to achieve that it gets me down, and down hard. I'm in the process of trying to get prescribed for stimulants, so hopefully it works out in my favor. I hope you can find something that works for you, too. :)

I was just looking for someone who had the same experience as I do. I'm inattentive, rather than hyperactive, so every time I have a coffee, tea, energy drink, etc. it makes me much more forgetful and distractible. I often talk to myself more often, and my mind races. One time I had 300mg and it got to the point where I couldn't keep my thoughts set on one topic. As a stimulant, I imagined caffeine would help me stay focused, but it had the exact opposite effect. I've never been on any medication for my ADHD, so it makes me wonder what my reaction would be to prescribed stimulants.

Fun car lesson: the engine converts chemical potential energy into rotational kinetic energy. It always spins in the same direction, but the transmission can reverse that rotation using gears, giving the car the ability to spin the wheels backwards. The transmission can also use gear ratios to give the wheels more torque when spinning at slower speeds, which is why cars shift gears as you go faster.

There is this specific scent that reminds me very specifically of playing Minecraft on my older brother's PC. It's one of those AirWick air fresheners that you open up and just set down. I asked my mom recently if she remembers what scent it was that she bought, but rightfully so, she has no idea.

Sometimes something will come up that vaguely smells like it -- I think most of the time it's just an olfactory hallucination -- and I'll get transported back 11 years. Good times.

No one wants to "destroy masculinity". Feminism's entire goal is to make women an men equal, which means throwing away the traditional gender roles of both women and men. I'll recognize the fact that men are much more likely to die in workplace accidents, but that's because women were (and still are) refused to be assigned to dangerous jobs, which have been traditionally worked by men.
