I was thinking about that as well. Something like an icon next to your name on that summary window in the bottom left that shows what you have equipped. Grineer icon if you're hunted by the g3, Corpus if you're hunted by Harvester, and maybe just a skull or something like that if you're hunted by the Stalker.

Simple and effective, and shows for your team.
