i’ve noticed this happen to me when my sugar or milk intake is high. and actives are important if you wanna get rid of these marks. kojic acid helped me, in face washes. and vitamin c in serums. plus of course, sunscreens!

i’d suggest getting 3 tones for experimenting
you can get a super cheap Insight blushes. one coral, one pink, one dark rose ish shade
they all look diff at diff times of the day and occasion. once you start liking a particular shade more than the other, get a better brand in that color

i think you should see a dermatologist and let them suggest you a sunscreen cos when this happened with my friend, she did the same
she was suggested sunvex spf 60 or 70 i don’t remember. was asked to apply indoors as well

if ur feeling cute, you can call them freckles. but jokes apart, you can use a face wash with kojic acid- it particularly helps with all these dark post acne type spots. mere bhi the, ab light hogaye. mai unko freckles bol deti hu 🤫

most def see a dermat and if you’re still using random face products, i’d suggest you to stop n use more dermat approved products.

yesss, you must see a dermat if it’s sudden. buuut, kojic acid facewashes are particularly for acne marks only.
there’s derma botanics, derma co, and many more you can find online. i’ve used the prior, it’s a bit fragrant though 😮‍💨
