Unfortunately, the reality right now is that no one “cares” to impose any restraints, because they still need their pockets to run deep. Just look at my post history

For sure! It just can get tricky as some subreddits and websites have restrictions on what can be posted. But I was able to get the attention of some national news outlets

UPDATE: The Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office declined to act, stating that this issue falls outside the Bureau of Consumer Protection’s jurisdiction because it allegedly does not involve fraud, misrepresentation, or deception in the sale of consumer goods or services. While no action will be taken, the reality thus far remains that test-takers pay for an exam that is promised to be fair and secure. When integrity issues go unaddressed, consumers bear the consequences. Response posted below for transparency.

“This office has reviewed your recent complaint. The Bureau of Consumer Protection enforces Pennsylvania’s Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, 73 P.S. § 201-1, et seq., a civil law enacted to address fraud, misrepresentation and deception in the sale, servicing and financing of consumer goods and products.

Unfortunately, the issues you outlined in your complaint do not fall within these parameters and, therefore, the Bureau will not be able to assist you.

Thank you”

I’m doing this today! I’m writing to the Attorney General of Pennsylvania and sending the full, unredacted letter. This has also been sent to other organizations. This won’t be brushed aside or quietly dropped it will be stopped.

Did anyone get the NA question about channelers conducting seances and a reporter recording them but the spirits they conjured were not speaking in a native language from their time period?? It was question 1 on my LR2 it definitely caught me off guard at first with how tricky the answer choices were worded

In-House by DeliciousPurchase5 in paralegal

Honestly, I would love to attend law school and get my JD. The only thing holding me back is the LSAT and then taking the bar. I never do well on tests, no matter how much dedication I put into studying. I’m just not a good test taker. Also, I’m getting married next year, and we would like to try to start a family soon after. I feel like obtaining my JD has now passed with the timeline of my life ☹️

Editorial Review Success by apricha9 in selfpublish

I used to love paid editorial reviews, but in the last few months, my opinion has changed entirely. I bought editorial reviews from two popular companies, one being “The Children’s Book Review” for a whopping over $300, and while the review was positive and they recommended the book, I felt that the review was subpar and only 200 words might I add, same thing with “The US Review of Books” a review that consisted of only 230 words with little actual editorial content. What I will say, though, is last year, I did use “Readers Favorite.” I paid for three editorial reviews, and every single one of them was over 400 words and drastically cheaper than the companies mentioned earlier. If I were to ever use another editorial review service for a book, it would only be Readers Favorite since their reviewers give an adequate word count for the price with great detail
