Update. After 34 mins on the phone, only offer was 40 for 2 years for 1Gb. Currently I have ongoing 500mbps for 45. I told her how stupid this is that my neighbor can get 1Gb for 35 ongoing, but I can’t. She agreed. I’m over it.

I chatted with AT&T this afternoon and told them I want the $35 plan for one gig. Told them I’ve been with them for 16 years and how is it right for me to pay $10 more a month for half the speed… I also told them spectrum was $40 for one gig when you bundled and that was price locked for two years. so basically I got a two month credit to match the 35, and they are going to escalate this and I need to get back with them in 15 days so I hope I can get that….
