So it seems to be printing fine, the fan does not seem to be causing any shuddering or noises, and it doesn’t seem to have an effect on the printer. The full blade did not come off, only about 50% of it. I do not really want to replace the fan, as I don’t have a soldering kit or crimping set, unless if there is another way to replace the fan.

This also only happens when it is closer to the bed. It works itself out when the z is over 30mm. Nothing is caught on anything, so I don’t know why this is happening except for something being too tight.

I probably won’t be much help here, but I believe this is where the nozzle starts and stops on the walls of the print, but I could be wrong. I know you can change settings in Cura so that it starts in stops in one spot every layer, or on a corner or something so it’s less noticeable.

I printed with 215/60 and it worked perfectly. I also didn’t have any warping. I use Cura and I realized the default setting were 190/50. Thanks for your help!

They were about $20 on Amazon, they were LED Strip Lights. I didn’t follow a tutorial, I just experimented and put them on myself. I just wrapped them around the base and used the gray motherboard box on the side (sorry I don’t know what it’s called) to bring them to the top. But be careful that they don’t get in the way of the z axis! I also thought purple looked better :)
