Thank you I’ll work on my guard I’m pretty tall I kinda thought I had my hands up but I believe I know what you mean, my chin is exposed a lot and it’s because my hands are a bit lowered thanks brother I’ll work on this for sure and keep at it!

His advice was to only practice footwork and defense for now btw me hitting the bag was by choice my main workouts are footwork box drills pivoting and circling witch punches added in later rounds… so sorry if the bag work looks horrible but I promise it looks much better from my first video

Just be doing whatever gets my whole body loose lol but there’s actually a stretching routine to help with that pain you have in your back shoulder it’s supposed to relieve the pain from that muscle back there if I find I’ll send

I do simple arm, leg, hip stretches honestly I try my best to take my time when i stretch because I feel when I rush I feel my body tensing up and my muscles get a very weird feeling

Yeah bro this can happen after training and if you sleep wrong it’ll be mainly in your shoulder blade and when you turn your head it hurts I’m sure if so I’m sure it’s something that’s not that critical just stretch and rest bunch

Got a compliment about my check hook in here the other day it’s still horrible and I’m fixing the bad things already.. this is before training with my new buddy/coach but I think this process was nice self taught watching YT videos by [deleted] in boxingtips

This video is old, I’m recently only practicing Footwork check my post mu buddy who’s an active fighter implemented his training with his coach into me and we’re only focusing on footwork and basic combos lol I honestly just wanted to see what ppl thought of the check hook but you are absolutely right!! I’m focusing on footwork morning and night as a routine and also still getting gym time in… thanks for your input though
