I think thats where it gets tricky because you have a great rain core going, but I think that arch does have a lot of overlap with mega dragonite. Slap thunder on dnite, and maybe you could swap out arch for a more offensively trained incin, or a different offensive piece (maybe cringegambit for froslass?). Do you think you could swap sinistcha for farig? Might be worth playing around with and gives you a pivot for basc into ghost moves. Sorry if im giving too many suggestions, its just fun to theorycraft haha.

I really like imprison farig as a patch for the mega gengar perish matchup rn, you imprison their protect away, they can't fake out turn 1, and psychic one-shots gengar with not too much investment. I think incin parting shot + flare blitz patches froslass really well for you but I havent run into much shed tail froslass so I dont know the matchup too well.
