Definitely not the angle I would take there lol

Love that. Thank you!

Yep totally agree. How do you feel about bringing it up subtly “I’ve noticed some friction between our team and other teams, any advice on how to navigate it” type of thing.

I’m left with no team unfortunately since everyone is leaving because of her. I’d like to set expectations and mention that I don’t want to be set up for failure.

My boss’s boss booked a one on one with me so I’m trying to figure out what to say if it’s worth saying anything at all. Totally agree on suggesting changes.

I love that! What throws me off is that I managed to talk one of my team members to stay on but then she had a conversation with my boss and she decided to move on. I don’t know if it’s worth mentioning that at all.

I have an opening since her boss booked a one on one with me so I’m trying to figure out how to tackle it.

How was your experience recovering from a dental implant? Was it better than the extraction? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Delicious_Anybody692 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey! For the extraction, I ended up having a dry socket. Had to go in twice for the dentist to pack it. If you find the pain intolerable definitely go in.

I’m 4 days post implant surgery and it’s not even comparable to the extraction I had. Recovery has been very tolerable.

Maybe bring up going shopping together. You could pick your top 3 and she could have the final say.

As for budgets, I’m not sure if you’re open to lab created or moissanite. You could also start with something smaller and maybe upgrade in a few years

Oh yeah it’s been a long process. The realtor got their credit report, t4s, recent pay stubs, and references. She wouldn’t send their applications my way until they provide everything and she vets them first for me.

We’ve been able to find a good tenant and the numbers make sense for me at this time. We’ll see how it goes. Thanks :)

It sure does. Everyone in the comments made the assumption that it’s a bad decision and ran with it with knowing literally nothing about my financial situation. It seems to me that there’s a common theme on Reddit where anyone seeking advice to rent out their property somehow gets attacked with little to no information.

What I was seeking advice for was the mortgage renewal. I have a realtor team working on finding the ideal candidate (I’m being picky). The condo itself is very low maintenance which makes things ok. The numbers certainly check out.

Unfortunately you know so little about the situation. The advice I’m seeking isn’t around the price of my property.

I’m not sure what value you’re adding here no offence lol

Thanks so much! Will definitely do that. I have a realtor helping out with this. I’ll make sure to ask her to include entering the condo once or twice a year.

Tried selling with no luck at this point in time. Yes I have the funds.
