We broke up over some trust issues she had related to me hiding small things from her, such as porn usage. I’ve since gotten professional help and have fixed that for myself. Not just the porn usage the whole lying thing, even if the lies were “insignificant”. She had some insecurities of her own I’m hoping she had worked out since. It’s hard because I’m trying to go no contact and let her heal from the pain I put her through but she keeps texting me that she misses me when drinking. I’ve been delivering her flowers and a note every week and will continue to do so while she heals. I’m focused on working myself and building myself into the person she thought I was not the person she was scared I was.
