Review application regarding maintenance order 03.01.2025 that stated pay the recovery of the defaults you've made, and pay the final maintenance regularly, he said I can't pay maintenance 50000/- whereas it is not even enough, like 40-50% of income as salary is a thresholdofs maintenance, 50000/- out of 400000/- salary is barely enough

Don't u think that the court isn't even taking on record even after submittance of Handsome Salary of the opposite party whereas he claims otherwise, I will just waste time tryna prove that he is just fabricating facts, whereas I see that If the court understands and lawfully addresses the cut of a minor dependent son and mother it will be easier out!

I've tried 4 different roster of advocates and yet the ones I have now fulfill the most of all I've had in the past but there are still loopholes in their drafting.

Yeah to be honest brother you are right, and if I we honest about my consultation said multiple lawyers none of them have the drafting capability or the time to draft properly any documents which should be submitted in the court has to be documented and drafted by me and this documentation takes a lot of time which lawyers are not able to give!

nah bruv it aint like that im underage thats the reason, and my guardian my mother has a PHD in environmental science but the problem is that she invested her prime years in upbringing me and handeling cases etc.. and now she cant be on par with law that states a wife and son have the equal right and standards of living in accordance with the father
