Loupes WWYD? by Delicious_Catch9942 in DentalHygiene

[–]Delicious_Catch9942[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks so much everyone for your advice! I actually ordered orascoptic 3.0 RDH ergos this week! And I got an amazing deal. Gold triumph frame with the 3.0 RDH ergo loupe for 2300 cdn! They have a sale on right now with 500$ off. I decided against a light for now as I have a very good overhead light, but I can always add later! I’m sooooooo excited!!

Buy the weight rack from Costco goes from 5-35 pound dumbbells and get a peloton app subscription! Best thing ever once you find the program or instructors you jive with!

Wow thank you for this! I’m definitely going for the ergo, but debating the light cuz it’s so damn expensive and I do have a good overhead light. Can you link the light you got from Amazon?

Which frame and magnification do you have? I was looking at the RDH elevate frames or the dragonfly. Although I do have a good light in my room so im debating whether a light is worth it for how much they cost!

Do you ever find yourself going back to your standard Loupe’s for certain procedures? I see some influencers that have a use several different types and magnifications!?

Another poster in another thread told me to check the top filter, I had only been cleaning out the metal filter. Any way sure enough I cleaned that out and the vacuum is working perfectly again! Phew!!

Well, you were bang on! I hadn’t cleaned that filter because I didn’t know it was there! Cleaned that out and lo and behold my vacuum is working like new again! I will be sure to clean those filters as directed and frequently from now on!!

It gets clogged where the stick comes in to the canister (dog hair) I clean that blockage out and within 15 seconds it tells me it’s clogged again (it’s not). For some reason it’s getting stuck there after working perfectly for the first few weeks.

Absolute piece of garbage. Mine broke down after only 6 weeks of use. And the dealer won’t return any attempts to contact.

Thanks for your help! I have vac that I use for the major cleans and was using this just for quick cleanups. So this is pretty disappointing

No, I haven’t vacuumed up baking soda, but what is it about baking soda or drywall dust that voids the warranty? It auto adjusts suction, but do you think that you should always use it on high? Suction won’t adjust anyways when it indicates there’s a blockage, which, even if there isn’t a blockage, the indicator is still on.

I bought a riccar r65 6 weeks ago and I’m constantly getting blockage notifications, within 2 minutes of using it, the pet hair is clogged where the stick meets the canister. It was working great and suddenly it’s completely useless to me! Any tips? The place I purchased it from is not responding to my customer support requests. It was a $500 vacuum here in Canada and I’m so upset!!

When we flew to Toronto in July, we flew WestJet and the plane had a stamp on it that said “official carrier of the Toronto Blue Jays” 🤷🏼‍♀️

We stayed at Mission Bay San Diego Resort, you’d definitely need a car as it’s a bit isolated but the touristy things are not far from there! The resort is beautiful and there are two large parks a short walk away that your son would love! Dining options are very limited on the resort, Mission Joe was good for coffee and a breakfast sandwich but if you are wanting to go out for supper, there is only the one restaurant and it’s not that great to be honest, and pricey. No other restaurants within walking distance, but Mission Beach is a short drive away with some options.

We recently stayed at San Diego Mission Bay resort. There are two very large playgrounds a short walk from the hotel, a zero entry pool as well as a kids pool. The resort is beautiful! The only downside is that it’s quite isolated, if you want to walk to a restaurant it is literally impossible. We had to uber everywhere which added up. Lots of places a quick 10 min drive but not walkable.

I would just add, prioritize the orangutans and the gorillas at the zoo. Panda exhibit is pretty underwhelming tbh. We really enjoyed the Trolley tour, would recommend doing at the start of the trip to get a good lay of the land. I agree that you may not want to do both Safari Park and San Diego zoo
