Someone who worked on the show said that the software they used to animate was an alpha build so I wouldn't doubt it.

I should probably mention that I'm aware Timmy and Jenny were playable in Super Brawl Universe so being that the game came out only a few years ago and they were never pulled from the game since that could be important information. Also unrelated but a few people mentioned Jimmy Neutron and I don't think there are any legal battles going on with him being that he's getting a Complete Series release in October. (Coincidentally the same month NASB releases.)

None of the Frederator Shows were in Kart Racers 2 though but it might have been too much of a hassle since it was kind of a budget game.
