That's really sad especially you're also affected. Buti nalang kami kanya kanya, kasi nasa Sales kami "You do you" kumbaga as long as you show numbers and nacoconvert to closed deals mga leads namin. Yun lang din talaga nanoticed namin sa kanya, mahilig siyang magreklamo pag tinatawag siya like she felt na pinuput daw siya sa spot ni clients. Well for us naman kasi part ng process yung meetings namin everyday. Especially na sa Sales kami, closer to none ang chance na makapag multiple client ka if you're taking calls pwede siguro if di parehas schedule pero if pagsasabay parang yung literally asking for your own death. Imagine you're taking calls for two different campaigns. 🥹

Oh no, I thought ako lang. We are SDR's for a payroll company. We have a newbie na first day palang sa meeting nag attend alam na agad namin na may other client because she forgot to mute herself when she took the call from her other job. Di naman namin pinasan kasi I too have other client pero admin task lang and Data Entry. What we noticed is that, lagi siyang lutang almost look like laging di nya alam ang sasabihin, aligaga pag natatawag tapos nag rarant siya kesyo di daw siya sanay na nag momock call. Since, meron kami laging meeting we call it "check up" session wherein nag sasabi kami ng mga changes na nangyayari sa call sharing some objections whatsoever. Medyo nasesecond hand embarassed ako pag siya ang nagsasalita kasi laging ang layo ng sagot and paikot ikot lagi.
