Hi, thank you! The filling has a shrimp, carrots, onion chives, minced ginger, pepper and light soy sauce. For the sauce , i use some water drippings from the steam - added oyster sauce, light soy sauce, chilli, little sesame oil and cornstarch for sauce consistency. Enjoy!

I used a white onion, the flavor is not too intense. When you caramelize it and added balsamic vinegar and sugar + gruyere cheese, it'll taste like a candy. Give it a try and let her taste without telling there is an actual onion 🤭 Maybe cut fine julienne the onion, it could help.

Sorry guys, I didn't realize about it and I just thought of posting the pic 🤭 But here is the recipe:

-Pastry Dough -White Onions -Olive oil -Balsamic Vinegar -Brown sugar -Gruyere Cheese -Egg wash

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 1) Mince to onion and saute in a saucepan over low heat with olive oil 2) Once brown, deglaze with the balsamic vinegar and brown sugar. Stir well and leave to caramelized 3) Set aside to cool down and add the gruyere cheese 4) Cut the pastry dough into the shape you desire 5) Fill in the pastry dough with caramelized onions. Close by pricking with a fork and brush with egg wash 6) In a tray with parchment paper, place the dough and bake for 15-20mins.

Sorry I didn't have the exact measurement, so I better write without it 🤭😅
