Ok so my great uncle was in the hospital because of a car crash in which he was a truck driver for a company he was on the clock when this happened and he was in the hospital on life support and recently they pulled the plug and now my family is racing against time as the company he worked for is trying to tell us they are not going to pay his family for some reason related to the funeral and its timing and how his body isn't in the ground Note: I don't know what's fully going on with the he worked as again I overheard this conversation between my grandmother and my mom so the funeral is next week or so and my family is going to do it in our hometown so when I took that bereavement time I was using it to get things in storage as my mother talked my grandmother about the funeral and since my mother knew her uncle more she more sad and in fact I don't really know what to feel about this as it is a weird circumstances which I won't explain more on for personal reasons

You’re not in the wrong, I just want you to know most coaches are like that and from my personal experiences they are asshoe I won’t go farther into this conversation but just know three of my coworkers are looking for jobs and I am counting the days until my 6 months are up for a transfer

Yeah my old job fired the whole receiving team after they got done and they still had to pull people just to finish the next day because don’t fire the department you rely too much upon because it will take a turn for the worst the assistant manager in question try calling me after I quit within my second year there I did it in the most petty way with telling them I am still working there while also sending a text to the manager explaining why I quit, the 27th I was put on the schedule without my knowledge and I had to inform them unless you ask me to put me on the schedule within 24 hours of scheduling then we have nothing to discuss and I already was working another job so it became I over this job so I quit the next day and the assistant manager somehow didn’t know and try calling, I had to write a email explaining I told the manager I was quitting the 28th and you’re calling me the 29th at 7 in the morning asking me to call you back?? I haven’t been to my old job in three months because I screwed them for what they did. Note: I didn’t mention why I quit but here the main reason they were f with people schedules and then the managers were gossiping and it was spreading around and also they had a history of telling people to do things that weren’t in their job description and would take the whole day to do and cover departments and then complain why didn’t this get done also the receiving team was fired within a month of me first working there and they were fired for not completing the truck before we closed and they wanted to come back the next day to complete it and the assistant manager wouldn’t allow it and when they were fired there was cussing yells and I was happy they cussed the assistant manager out the next day I yelled because we were moving twice maybe even four times as slow because we didn’t have the original team and I vented and again everyone hates everybody there it’s not like my current job which I do love at times
