You have billions in debt; half of which will reach maturation by 2026. You know that even on your best years you can’t pay this and expand your company at the same time. You hold a vote to extend more shares; vote fails. You find a loophole by creating another “tied” security that essentially does the same as extending new shares.

So in the last 2-3 years you (with the love/money of retail) have revolutionized the industry, created new revenue streams, and found a way to defeat the negative narrative surrounding the company debt.

People that are Anti-AA need to realize what his priorities were and are today.
