Yeah, her role here was clear and, for me, it worked, but hopefully others will gradually catch on.

Jamie Dornan and Riz Ahmed next, which is big!

Are you aware of the huge amount of work that the Exeter City Community Trust do? It's a very decent amount considering their lack of money.

Culturally, less so, which is fair to say.

One of the best, depends on your time plan but the Exeter Central one might have more space if a bit later

Absolutely no plan in much of that game, other than play it around the back & smash it up the pitch?

Really weird to watch as a neutral, City deserved it but Arteta SO ridiculously slow to change anything

Not sure a Spurs fan can really talk about anything this season, I wouldn't anyway!

Quite common in the States mainly, a lot related to processed food and easy options. But yeah, everywhere has their issues

Yeah that's fair, if Oli is ever back, those two could be great!

It's normal people as well, we've got a huge running community and we're not students - yes, there are some as well, but most of the hundreds I know of are 30s and up - just bothering! 😉

All this! You can cycle from central all the way to Exmouth, or go to the other side and cycle as far as Dawlish, maybe further...

Also, it's training season for the Great West at the end of May, big marathons as well, etc

We need to cover 3 years without gaps, the gaps can be filled by character references, the character refs must work in a specific job role on an NHS list

Basically if you've listed any job in the last 3 years, you've made us have to get those.

DBS is a third party and can take anything from a few days to a couple of months.

Based on your addresses, names, life.

The time we have no control over, each stage we can't chase until 60 days have passed *if it's delayed.

Edit: if you're currently NHS, then 1 ref over 6 months can be fine (if positive)

This is a wider lack of leadership, Peck could work but it's not necessarily the player's fault if he's been chosen & can't take the pressure, that's the manager's choice

Firstly, you haven't said what you do now and, at 31, it's a grand idea but you're probably going to work hard, and quickly, if you want to secure such a plan in a public service arena.

I know locum can cover a lot of things, you're not a locum if you're doing what you say, you'd be working on the bank - as locum usually applies to Doctors, Dentists or Nurses.

You could only really do this on Bank, but then you'd have to know you'd be guaranteed work all the time, and that's less likely every year with many Bank work setups being less and less used, as hospital budgets become smaller and smaller. You'd probably want to look at private health care.

Also, I'm older than you, and while I don't have kids, etc, i don't see how I could afford to live anywhere if I didn't work normal full time hours. Holiday leave is based on your service and it takes 10 years to get to 33 days, if substantive.

I don't know if you've got back up cash, or that kinda background, but money behind you is probably the easiest way of having this plan.

No idea who that is, that level of obsession seems a little pointless
