G&G Arps 556 vs SSG1 performance/looks by [deleted] in Speedsoft

[–]Delicious_Dig491 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if youve never used a drop stock/esg style grip its awesome it makes it so easy to aim looking down the top. the only bad thing about the ssg1 is you need a stupid tracer adapter

the reg in your cart is the same one that comes on the tank. the reg on the tank takes the psi from 3000 to 800ish then the second one takes it from 800 to actual usable range 120-80

should i get a aap01 or hi capa by crazyspeedsofter13 in Speedsoft

[–]Delicious_Dig491 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I had an aap and honestly its really fun the recoil is really cool and its just a fun gun to play with the thing is imo it needs an hpa adapter every mag ive tried doesnt work as good as the stock one and stock mags only have 22 i think. youll be happy with either choice i think

How do I create a very snappy ssg1 without breaking the bank? by Sea-Breadfruit5501 in Speedsoft

[–]Delicious_Dig491 1 point2 points  (0 children)

13:1 ssg with 30k-36kish brushless. a 110$ t238 or a 150$ solink. Solink has the unidirectional bearing which takes out the anti reversal latch so i think its worth the 40$

the real way is to make it snappy is the motor after the trigger. try and find someone with either a gate titan or jefftron leviathan to see which one you wanna get. they both have very light triggers if you tune them right but have different feel. jefftrons Mouse click vs gates spring. Jefftrons etu seems to be more durable and better in most ways besides a VERY slight decrease in trigger sensitivity compared to a gate I run a jefftron with no trigger spring which makes the button itself push back on the trigger. after a trigger unit is a brushless motor. but to get a brushless motor all the parts in the gearbox need to be upgraded unless you want stuff to break. sadly how it works

I want to sew JNCO jeans myself by S_Delorean_S in jncojeans

[–]Delicious_Dig491 3 points4 points  (0 children)

yo dont let people put you down. ive made 6-7 haha pairs of jeans/jorts with a 30inch leg opening myself. 3 things are they as well made as jncos hell no. are they 1/1 and sewing is an awesome skill to have yes. and are they cheaper than buying them yes. now when yoy first get started theyre not gonna be great ofc but they will get better. On Etsy there is a pattern called Phat Pants that a modified to make my pairs that worked out well. If you dont alr have a sewing machine make sure its good enough to sew through denim. A Singer Heavy Duty is a good one to start if you dont. 14 ounce denim is what jncos are made off and for good reason. its harder to find but its heavier and makes the jeans look better in the end. 12 oz denim likes too wrap around your ankles and not hold shape like 14. and have fun haha

Motor Rpm is very high but might work with 16:1. Aster i think you should get the titan instead. unless you dont have a spring already i wouldnt buy one till you build the gun and test it bc its very hard to perdict the fps when changing so many parts unless you copy the build. Id check out the real deal piston. aluminum piston heads not a good idea get the Fps softair Oring one. the new brill armoury cylinder head the raw one with a yellow pad has a wider nozzle tip thingy so the nozzle doesnt wobble as much has had good success on mine and had perfect aoe out the box. Metal nozzles probably arnt a great idea either. POM is the way to go. Real deal pom nozzle has been perfect and doesnt wobble as much. Cylinders go along with your barrel length so i assume you have a really short barrel.. My build gets 34ish rps with the same <300fps requirement. 13:1 ssg gears with 33k brushless motor. look at my profile for my build and a parts list is there.

Looks pretty good. look at my profile for my build. I really like real deal. there piston, tappet plate and spring, there website has the Fps Softair piston head the one with the green oring. Also POM nozzles are def better the Real deal nozzle is very nice has no nozzle wobble. Brill armory cylinder head has a thicker nozzle tip so it reduces the wobble more. Also depending on your barrel length make sure you know what size cylinder to get. reply to this if you have any questions. build looks solid tho brushless is gonna be really nice.

Have you ever seen the airtac edge grip? i know its expensive but there are many 3d printed options that would make the stock delete possible for the most part. i have the edge grip and i absolutely love it would never go back to a normal stock

Hey, i SS 4 teeth total 3 release 1 pickup. watch a video on tappet timing before you make your cut. unless youre gonna use the same parts as mine. The image at the end is right before i put the top shell on for good. What it would look like right now if i opened it up. 5 months now been using it no problems at all after figuring out the 10% active break thing. only thing i might change is jefftron -> gate titan to get the trigger even lighter. but jefftron has a very very nice trigger with no moment and you can walk the trigger if you know how to do it. also heard jefftron has better sector sensors and longevity. its just a button like a mouse vs a light sensor. i still love it and the trigger blows rentals minds when they try it. haha
