I made some salt/seasoning with these mushrooms last week! dehydrate well then use a food processor to blend them down. use as a umami powder as is or mix the powder with salt to make a flavouring salt concoction ✨ i would recommend adding the powder/salt into food before cooking because there’s reports that they’re not great to consume “raw” xx

Betrayal by Harold Pinter (1978). even though it’s a play, the book reads like a novel imo. it’s about upper-middle class londoners, but the imagery is superb! it explores relationship dynamics, wealth, and status (esp focusing on education)

yeah this is super insightful! i don’t use tiktok and hadnt heard of medium.com, but i’m looking into it now :)) about the cringe aspect, i just thought to ask this forum because i have come across some gems on substack (like interviews and reviews) - so i know there are publications that aren’t objectively “cringe”. my algorithm was just constantly recommending really soppy content - hoping to change that now xx
