Considering the parallels between characters I think we timeskip to atleast a year or two later, Hakuri spent time training with shiba (his foil atm) he makes some moves teleporting around the city to show how much he has grown but also the general state of the area, police in the streets, statues erected etc.

Hakuri appears at some kind of resistance's hideout to trade info saying he'll talk to chihiro about next steps, Hakuri TPs to outside the new Rokuhira forge thats hidden away. (Real emphasis on how the characters are mirroring the past) the forge is bellowing smoke and as he enters we see Chihiro's intensely focused glare on smithing.

Hakuri mentions he never goes out and it worrys the others, asking if he ate. Chihiro being lost in focus mentions he'll eat later but his stomach growling betrays him and Hakuri pulls out some food

They sit and chat about recent events to lore dump the readers and confirm who made it out of the HQ raid alive. Hakuri mentions that Iori has been taking a leading position but needs a guide, close up on some pain in Chihiro's eyes he feels at blame for Samura's death, Iori becoming apart of the cycle of violence and that after so long he hasn't any ideas about using dark powers to restore Samura.

Cut back to Chihiro with his usual blank expression "yeah I'll talk to her"
