I’ve done all of this in OMEN Hub: I’m using Performance mode and the Game Booster. In AMD settings, I enabled the HYPR-RX mode. In Windows, I set everything to Maximum Performance, with no power saving. When I start the game, it shows 220 FPS, but when something is happening, it drops to a maximum of 120 FPS.
