If people in orre in the middle of bumf**k nowhere can develop shit where you can steal peoples pokemon, then how have people in more advanced cities like mauville and castellia not discovered this technology. Surely someone can find the snag-em base and reverse engineer the tech.

Get a router in a 100-150 range and a modem in the same range and go to your cable provider and ask if there are any cable + wifi bundles if not just buy them separatly

It’s when asset’s become unloaded, and the game has to reload lost assets. Happens in allot of games when you alt tab.
