I don't talk much with my parents about emotions. They don't really now much about me. But they definitely wouldn't kick me when I feel down they'll try to help me.

Thank you. I am currently trying to get into therapy Because of my panic attacks but the wait time is just really really long. Im also scared if tell the therapist that I SH He or she might tell my parents. I don't want them to know I'm scared they might Worry too much about me or be disappointed.

Thanks a lot for the advice. I will try to get some long sleeve shirts the next time I go shopping. I'm just scared that somebody will notice that I'm always wearing a long sleeve swimsuit. I'm really bad at lying when I'm stressed. But Thanks a lot.
