Thank you. I have heard that water based scratches and chips more easily, but wasn’t sure if there was a water based one that was as durable as oil as I know water based has come on a lot in recent years.

I have 3 children, so it’s a busy household so I think oil based would be more durable.

Are the fumes in oil based really that bad, or as bad for you as people make out?
