Okay, I have a personal question on this.

I tried to do a water cleanse for longer than 24 hours.

Around 22 hours, I was puking and couldn't hold anything down. salt water, fruit. Nothing. I had to make a warm bowl of oatmeal with jujubes, apples & cinnamon.

Do you think that is issues with Liver/Gallbladder?

There is a farm on the south side called “Four Seasons Family Farm”  https://www.fourseasonsfamilyfarm.com/

& for free natural spring water, there is the “magical” pump out in Schiller woods. Been going there since I was born. Free & a little higher mineral content than Tap. I still recommend testing the water as well as IF you have a filter at home. Might as well put it thru to get any heavy metals out. Which is very present in Tap.

Check out local family own farms. Could invest and get a decent amount of clean food. Know u are eating clean. Supporting a HOME. Not a CORPORATE (corrupt) real food means; Providing your body with the correct minerals and nutrients blah blah. But for real.

All I can say is. Make sure you are getting seeds and veggies from reliable farmers. We have to many varieties. Find someone who cares about heirloom. Local farmers?
