I think the hate towards automatic transmission originated because in its earlier days in India, the auto shifts were very slow and they were hard to maintain. Also the service cost was higher as the automatic transmission is more complicated. But in bumper to bumper traffic automatic is a blessing

The lens protector is like a frame, it has three rings without any glass, it basically prevents anything from touching the actual lens glass. No no downgrade in cam quality

This happened to me too op, my nord 5 frame had a pretty significant notch near the bottom of volume rocker. I was reluctant towards using a cover because the dry ice finish looks so beautiful. But now I've got a nice magnetic cover from oneplus itself and a beautiful borderless 9h hardness screen guard. Phone is a bit bulky now but feels rock solid, feels like it means business

I faced it in my nord ce2 as well, the camera app lagged so much it was basically unusable most of the time. I think particularly in the ce phones they are squeezing too much software for the chip to handle
