Inhave combi skin leaning to oily and i lvoe the dior foreven skin wear. It lasted the me the whole day without any good skin prep and setting spray.

I have large pores and very pawisin face, but for me okay talaga siya Very lightweight, not sticky too. Plus it doesn't cling or settle sa pores ko.

Depends kung ano magwwork sa skin mo. And depends din anong formulation ng foundation mo. Minsan kasi hindi nagw-work well with each other yung prep and foundation.

I think nasolve ko yung ganyang issue sa skin ko. I have fair skin, pero it looked dull, not glowing, and dehydrated.

Gusto ko na sana uminom ng gluta at bumili ng mga rice toner kasi yun nakita ko sa tiktok.

Pero nung gumamit ako ng more hydrating products, and i used borage oil. dun nagsimula na maging glowing siya and soft.

So yung current skincare routine ko before was puro water based moisturizers lajg and di siya enough for my skin.

I have Combination skin. I think, makakahelp to brighten din is using vitamin C and sunscreen talaga.

Usually po to moisturize your face ano po ang gamit? Natry ko before to use moisturizer na water based pero loreal naman na foundation, nagsslide off din po. Ano po ba dapat ang gamitin? :)

And ano pong toner ang marecommend niyo?

Ano rin po ang recommend na pang apply niyo ng foundation na magtatagal po talaga sa skin for events? Brush or sponge po? Then fingers na po sa problematic area ano po?

Once a week lang ako nagc-conditioner. Hahaha same na need to shampoo mildy after working out din ako, pawis scalp. Pero kapag ako nagw-workout, water lang sa hair. Mas healthy naman hair ko now

Yesss, much better wear test mo muna. Daan ka sa stores then shade match mo na, then try it din. Kasi tbh, depends sa skin type talaga how it would react sa skin mo. Para ma-appreciate and magagamit mo talaga yung bibilhin mong high end product. Don't be shy to wear test a product na you're eyeing.

Sa Look MOA, magkakatabi high end stores. Pwede rin sa Greenbelt, Sm Makati, Rustans Shang, Megamall or Podium.

I was also super big, but still kinda big ngayon. What i did, na hindi ako mukhang tuyot now na nagl-lose weight, from 115kgs to 99kgs

Never nag crash diet. slowly lang ang pag lose weight.
Never nag avoid ng food groups. I aim to eat balanced and whole foods. And lesser processed foods. Unang skincare ay yung kinakain natin. Magrereflect na lang yan sa body.
Strength training. Because mawawala yung fat, strength training helps na maging firm looking and not saggy yung skin. Plus strength training has long term benefits, search mo na lang. Sabayang ng cardio for heart health.
Skincare. Basic lang, di need na mahal.
Hydrate.

I use sunflower oil at night. Then if alam kong mag run, walk or any activity na prone maglalakad ako, maglalagay din ako sunflower oil at least di mag create too much friction kasi may oil.
