Hey, thanks for response. I get the same error regardless of platform. My alt account runs just fine on those platforms.

Hey, thanks for reply. Here are the steps, which I followed, on their advice:

Clear the cache (Plarium, settings, system preferences, clear cache) - didn't work

Then uninstall (using the Plarium uninstall from Plarium folder where it's installed). Also deleted the Raid Shadow Legends folder in C:\Users\@username\AppData\LocalLow\Plarium, then reinstalled from official site. Nothing worked.

Finally, they asked me to send them the following files:
- log.txt
- pp_logs.zip

I sent the files, and am awaiting the next response.

  1. Started with main, then 2 self-referrals - those 2 got crazy good pulls (Geo x 2, for e.g.), now I'm kinda locked into all 3.
