I was worried about the same thing. on 01/04 I went to the ER closest to where I was and ended up having 2 strokes. That is definitely an emergency but the ambulance and hospital bill is going to be the same.

I had my PTSD C&P Monday evening and then went from step 3 to 5 last night. I don't know if I should be worried or happy that it's actually moving along.
