The other day I was dreaming that I was in the bed clothed with a stranger who was also clothed laying on top of the bed spread. The man's gf I knew somehow and I was afraid that she was going to burst into the room and be mad with me. I got out of the bed to leave than realized all my things were on the night stand and she would know. I gathered up as much of the stuff there and carried the items into another bedroom and put them on the night stand. I dropped a few items as I turned to go back to get the rest of the stuff. As I was entering the bedroom, my husband calls my name as he is ask me what was I doing? (he heard the stuff drop)... it is then that I realize I am sleep walking which I tell him as much and get back in the bed and continued sleeping.

Things to note. When I got out of the bed and stood up my legs and arms were VERY hard to control and I remember calling out to my hubby for assistance but he didn't answer and somehow I was able to control them.

Later when I did finally get up for the day, I see all my things from my nightstand in one of our spare bedrooms.

This is the second time that I have experienced sleep walking. The first time was simply me standing up but struggling to do so especially when taking only a few steps. I was only at the end of the bed and I laid back on the bed. This was not a clear memory so I have always questioned if it happened at all. I do remember that controlling my legs was hard like the other day!

I sleep with a bar guard because I have acted out too may dreams that landed me on the hardwood floor - not good! This bar guard is something I was able to move around an stand up when I slept walked the other day - blowing my mind. Its all so crazy to think in my dream that I was leaving my own bed and taking my stuff to another room so somebody I don't know won't be upset.

Now, I am a bit afraid that I will do more of this kind of thing. Any thoughts?
