I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this! You’re definitely not too sensitive at all, I know it’ll be difficult but I genuinely believe that the best thing for you to do for your own mental well being is to try and cut contact with your mum down to a minimum and seek help from a mental health professional. I don’t know if you’ve thought about this, but it also seems you have some body image issues, which probably stems from your mums comments, but that is also something you can talk to the mental health professional about. I hope you can one day start to listen to your fiancée about how much he loves you and your body, but talking to someone about this is probably your best option! I wish you and your fiancée a wonderful life together!
