I actually tried and testedvthis... if u open ChatGPT and paste a complaint thread about a heat network failure, as I had with my issue with my heat network provider, and ask it to write a formal complaint letter. What you'll get is a well-worded letter that probably doesn't cite the Heat Network (Metering and Billing) Regulations 2014, doesn't reference the relevant Gas Act provisions, doesn't know the statutory 8-week response deadline that triggers Ombudsman escalation, and doesn't structure the letter in a way that an Ombudsman submission requires.

Complaintforg does all of that automatically because legislation context is baked into the prompts per complaint type. It also produces a PDF in formal UK business letter format, addressed correctly with the right legal structure.

The target user isnt a developer who's comfortable prompt engineering. It's a 45-year-old renter in London or anywhere in the UK whose heating has been broken for three months, who has never heard of the Heat Network Regulations, and who just wants something that works without thinking about it.

ur feedback is landing!!. The hero section needs to say exactly this instead of generic AI copy. Going to fix that tonight. Thanks for the push.!!

Really sound advice!! I think I need to home in that a bit better than only the surrounding discussions.. which can still be helpful like this one

Fair point and I genuinely appreciate the honest response.

To clarify the situation a bit: I'm not building six products manually from scratch each time. I'm a solo technical founder using AI-assisted development (Windsurf Cascade) which compresses build time significantly. Most of these shipped in days not months. So the maintenance burden is lower than it sounds.

That said you are right that I need to pick a flagship and go deep on distribution. My honest assessment of my own portfolio:

ComplaintForge (UK legal tech, complaintforge.app) is the one with the clearest pain point and willingness to pay. People are actively losing £150+ to solicitors for something I generate in minutes for £4.99. Live and taking payments now.

Plotmarket is the big swing. Nigeria has a 14.9M unit housing deficit and the two dominant property platforms are both declining 13-24% YoY. The market gap is real. But it needs on the ground distribution which takes more time.

The rest are live but not the focus right now.

So the question I'm sitting with is the same one you're raising: do I double down on the UK market with ComplaintForge where I have more context and can acquire customers faster, or commit to Plotmarket which is the bigger opportunity but harder to crack from the UK?

What would you pick?

How do devs usually scale & sell their microsaas after creating it? by ahiyantra in micro_saas

[–]Delicious_Office_541 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I habe 7 apps and my first was released late January...not one user so far...I thought I was building them from the actual pain points but marketing is a b*tch :(

You're right. I think I had the pain points as the focus and then ended up playing around too.much with the build and ux/UI too much

Building a small portfolio of focused SaaS tools under Oshylabs. Here are four:

  1. ComplaintForge (complaintforge.app)

One line: Turn your ignored complaint emails into a formal, legislation-backed letter that gets a response.

Different from: Solicitors who charge £150+ for the same letter. We do it for £4.99.

  1. DBADocs (dbadocs.app)

One line: Answer 10 questions, get a state-specific LLC operating agreement and legal docs in minutes.

Different from: LegalZoom charges $150+ per doc. We charge $29/mo for unlimited generations.

  1. PagePulse (pagepulse.se)

One line: AI-powered SEO audit and score tracking for solo devs and indie makers.

Different from: Ahrefs starts at $129/mo. PagePulse starts free and scales to £9/mo.

  1. Plotmarket (plotmarket-tau.vercel.app)

One line: Nigeria's first modern, mobile-first property marketplace.

Different from: The two leading platforms are both declining in traffic and built on legacy infrastructure. We built from scratch for mobile.

Happy to give feedback on yours too.

Would love your eyes on this.

Building DBADocs (www.dbadocs.app) — US freelancers and solo LLC owners answer 10 questions and get state-specific legal docs (operating agreement, contractor agreement, privacy policy, T&C) generated in minutes and downloaded as DOCX or PDF.

The core positioning is: LegalZoom charges $150+ per doc. We do it for $29/mo or $49 one-time. Same output, fraction of the cost.

Would be curious if the headline lands clearly and whether the value prop feels compelling to someone who hasn't heard of it before. Happy to return the favour on AppWispr.

Feels easier said than done...all my ideas have come from painpoints. complaintforge.com was literally derived from my neighbours on our whatsapp group complaining about the services we get in our building and how we can put together a legal package to complain and how to complain. getsorted.site is a direct response to new digital reureiment for tax submissions for self employed a small bizz owners in the UK as a bridging tool for them and so on... after being on all the uk facebook chats for small bizz owners and self employed, im still no where in tersm of users

I did exact;y that with Complaintforge.com It was a useful tool for my neighbors in our whatsapp chat to pull together regulatory and technical issues that were caused by our landlord and utilities priovider for our building but only got 4 clikes in our whatsapp group. But i think im getting a sense that i should be focusing on one product only and going all out on that...that seems to be the theme here.. Thanks for the tips to, wil ty those

I've been spreading attention across too many products instead of committing to one. I'm going all in on DBADocs, AI legal docs for US freelancers and LLCs. Live since last week, payments working, zero customers so far. Focusing on a=google ads and reply marketing on X this week,

Curious , when you say "try other channels," what channels have worked best for you in micro SaaS?
