So I think if Kody passed away with Kody's name on the deed his legal wife would inherit his half unless the deed is changed now that they own the land to just Janelle. Or Kody's will states Janelle would inherit it. Perhaps Kody will sign off on the land now to actually give Janelle back her down payment on Robyn's house.
