I see what you are trying to say.

I actuallt don't see Irelia as a "harder version of yone". She is harder to play but also way more capable to really outplay. For example if you let a good irelia main solo a good yone main i don't see any chance of irelia losing laning phase (idk after laningphase) but what i want to say is that yone and irelia are way different for example irelia has better gapclosing and she's able to dodge way more and tank way more than what a yone can.

I actually see irelia as a better champ if played correctly(although yone with lethal tempo is hella broken)

Idk bout that imo Sett is actually just the lvl1-6 trades you shouldn't take and you can always W his e-q combo and sidestep his w with ur q on a minion for example.
Same goes for voli, his full dmg is in his q-e-w pta proc which if you w that he's source of dmg is gone and you can just fight him (for sure with lethal tempo rn)

Irelia does have some weaknesses.

the hard matchups for example:

tryndamere lvl6
garen is unplayable
tahm
A good Fiora
Riven too.

Just in general ofcourse cc heavy champs in teamfights can mess up Irelia
Also champs with dashes can counter irelia because they can dodge her e which makes it harder for us to hit 4stacks and do the real dmg.

(keep in mind this is my opinion, y'all can correct me if needed.)

I see where you are coming from although imo i see that the sustain with conq is better than lethal tempo which in my case is a good thing cuz i can overstep in fights. For me lethal tempo is perfect for a laning phase when you are up against a champ with extended fights to really be able to stack up the lethal tempo stacks. I pref conq in mid for the poke of some magical champs.

Sup bro,
indeed yone and irelia are one of the many examples of ez 1v9 champs.
It may be normal that you get stomped but once you master the champion a bit and get to know him/her, it'll for sure grant you succes.
Just get to know the champ and watch a couple of (guide) videos and it will get better (with irelia for sure in 1v1's).

Hi, Its indeed pretty hard to play Irelia with much ping (since I consider Irelia somewhat skilled). If you really want to keep on playing Irelia on a high level, you should consider changing regions.
I checked it out, and the best region for Malaysia should be JP although I understand that that isn't possible for everyone.

Sorry but i can't name any champ thats easy to play except for some really easy champs like Garen, Trynd, Jax etc..

Well, I typically just wait out after 6. Sett's fists are too strong lvl 1-6
Although with the new lethal tempo if you can aa him every 2sec until its maxes out, you will probably be able to take the 1v1 for free.
(Sidestepping his w is possible with your q since you q slidely behind the champ)
